About Me
I'm a Personal Trainer and Sports Nutrition student working in Sydney. I'm 56 years young and I'm passionate about helping women navigate midlife with confidence.
I spent my earlier career in the corporate world as a network engineer, and eventually burnt out. That experience led me toward working with people more directly, starting as a massage therapist, then moving into personal training and nutrition coaching. It turned out that helping people feel better in their bodies was the work I actually wanted to do, and I haven't looked back.
I've had my own health challenges along the way: thyroid issues, perimenopause, menopause, and most recently spinal surgery. I know what it feels like when your body stops cooperating. I also know what's possible when you work with it rather than against it.At 51 I stepped on stage for a figure and bodybuilding competition and came home with two medals. Competing at that age is something I'm genuinely proud of. What I've learned since, about hormones, nutrition, and training in a way that's actually sustainable, has made me healthier at 56 than I was on that stage.
I like to keep things simple. I've been in this industry long enough to know that consistency with the basics beats every trend. I love weight training, I love working with people one on one, and I genuinely believe that feeling strong and energetic in your 50s and beyond is absolutely possible.
